Dear Wykon Fans:

This is a golden opportunity to give back to the community through the "Friends of Nelson". The "Friends of Nelson" was formed to make improvements at Nelson Field. The football field was redone prior to the 2000-01 school year, and the improvements intended to be done will pertain to everything else at Nelson Field. We are reaching out to the Stambaugh Hilltopers, the Iron River Redskins, and the Wykon alumni to help out with this project.

The City of Iron River has received a grant to upgrade the bathrooms and the concession stand along with a barrier free walkway to the concession and bleachers. The first phase of the plan will allow money to be spent on the upgrade of the playground equipment.

We ask that you give back to the community if you can, and support the "Friends of Nelson". Just print the form below, and send it to the address, and it is as easy as that! All contributions are tax deductible, and everyone will receive a receipt for tax purposes.
