All Parents Bus Survey
All Parents - Please complete the survey to let the school know if your student(s) will be riding the bus this year. Thank you!
In order for a student to use the WIC Transportation system, either this online form needs to be filled out or a paper copy needs to be completed. Paper copies are available at both of the WIC school offices or the Admin office. Please fill out one form per student.
