24 Hour Special Board Meeting Notice

NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING OF THE WEST IRON COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION

To all persons:

The Special Meeting of the Board of Education of West Iron County Public Schools will be held at 6:00pm on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the W.I.C. High School, Room #8, 701 Garfield Ave., Iron River, MI 49935. The purpose of the meeting is Health Department Mask Mandate.

Proposed minutes of said meeting would be available for public inspection during regular business hours, at the Administration Building, Iron River, Michigan, not more than eight business days after said meeting. Approved minutes of said meeting would be available for public inspection during regular business hours at the same location, not more than five business days after the meeting at which they are approved. Copies of the minutes shall be available at a reasonable estimated cost of printing and copying. 

Upon oral or written request for subscription and payment of a fee established by the Board, minutes shall be mailed to any person or business by first class mail. The subscription may be valid for up to six months.

This notice is given in compliance with Act No. 267 of Public Accts of Michigan, 1976
