Meet Mr. Eric Ghiggia
Mr. Ghiggia grew up in Iron River, MI. He graduated from West Iron in 2000 and then attended Northern Michigan University. He graduated from NMU with a Degree in Elementary Education and minors in Math and Social Studies. He has been teaching for 17 years and this is his tenth year at Stambaugh Elementary. Mr. Ghiggia currently teaches 5th grade Math.
Mr. Ghiggia likes to be outdoors golfing, cutting grass and also enjoys watching sports. He is the girls J.V. Basketball Coach and is also on the MEA Board of Directors. Mr. Ghiggia is the current Vice President of the West Iron County Education Association. When Mr. Ghiggia is not teaching or coaching he enjoys hanging out with his nephews Max and Alex.
