Meet Mrs. Anderson

Mrs. Anderson is a dedicated and devoted special educator at Stambaugh Elementary School, where she is currently in her 28th year of teaching. Born and raised in the local area, Mrs. Anderson returned to her Wykon roots after teaching in Westfield, Wisconsin for four years. During her tenure at WICPS, she has served on many committees and teams.

Mrs. Anderson values each of her students and their families. She advocates for them, so every child is afforded the opportunity for success. She feels it is her obligation and duty to provide each child with appropriate instruction to meet their individual needs. She makes open communication with families a priority, building strong relationships. She understands the importance of team-building to best meet her students’ needs.

Mrs Anderson has been married to Tom for 31 years. She and Mr. Anderson are the parents of one daughter, Haley. When not in school, Mrs. Anderson serves on the District Library Board, kayaks, spends time caring for her parents and with extended family.
