The West Iron County Public School District being the owner of the five (5) below described vacant real estate properties and are seeking bids for the purchase of several real estate properties. (Download the PDF below for property descriptions.)

All sealed bids must be marked “Land Sale” and received at the West Iron County Public Schools Administration Office no later than 3:00 pm (CST) on Thursday, October 27, 2022 by mailing to 601 Nick Baumgartner Way, Iron River, MI 49935.
The successful bidder shall execute a binding purchase agreement within 7 days of being notified that their bid was the highest bid received, otherwise the bid will be void.
The District will transfer the title through a warranty deed in accordance with the requirements set forth in an Owner’s title commitment obtained by and at the expense of the Buyer.
All other closing costs shall be assigned to the Buyer including transfer taxes, recording fees, and attorney fees incurred by the Seller in consummating the transfer.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
